PDF Report Studio is operated by Brilliminds FZC (Sharjah, UAE). All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the United States) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the United States).

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription or purchase date — no questions asked.

Renewal refunds

For automatic renewal charges, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. If you do not wish to be charged for the next period, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, you can:

• Email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the request; or
• Use the receipt or invoice email from Paddle, which contains a link to manage your subscription and request a refund directly.

Processing

All refunds are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What is not refundable

Refund requests made after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund. Partial-month or partial-period usage outside the guarantee window is not refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the period ends.

EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) for digital purchases. Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this requirement.

By subscribing and beginning to use the Service, you consent to the immediate provision of digital content. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for EU consumers are processed in compliance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
